“Coaching is unlocking people's potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”

— Sir John Whitmore

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative and personalised process designed to help people achieve their personal or professional goals. Unlike consulting or mentoring, Coaching is centred around the idea that everyone has the natural ability to find solutions and make meaningful changes with the right guidance and support.

Coaching empowers people by fostering self-awareness and helping them recognise their skills and strengths. This empowerment allows people to overcome obstacles and reframe limiting beliefs, leading to increased confidence. With this newfound confidence, people are better equipped to set goals and put them on the path of self-discovery.

The Core Principles of Coaching

People-Centered Approach

Coaching focuses on the person’s needs, goals, and aspirations. The coach acts as a facilitator, helping the person to challenge limiting beliefs and discover their path to success.

Goal-Orientated

Coaching is results-driven, with a strong emphasis on setting and achieving specific, measurable objectives.

Actionable Insights

Through powerful questioning and active listening, coaches help people gain insights that lead to actionable steps and positive outcomes.

Confidential & Trust-Based

A coaching relationship is built on trust and confidentiality, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.

My Coaching Process

My coaching process is customised to meet the individual needs of each person. I take the time to understand your specific requirements, explore your core values, and ensure that your goals align with these values.

Each interaction is guided by a strict Code of Ethics, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism throughout our engagement. My coaching process involves the following steps:

Initial Enquiry Stage
This free session provides an overview of what coaching is and isn’t, and how it differs from other interventions like counselling or mentoring.

Intake Session
In this session, we will delve deeper into your desires, values, how you incorporate them into your daily life and will discuss any goals you have in mind. During the intake session, we will cover the following aspects of our coaching agreement: Roles and Responsibilities, Client Confidentiality, Session Schedule, Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Coaching Sessions
Coaching will commence once you feel confident that our collaboration is the right fit for you. Your trust in my ability to coach you is crucial for our success. My coaching package includes a minimum of six sessions, designed to provide maximum benefit. Depending on your circumstances, these sessions will be scheduled either weekly or bi-weekly.
